YEN.com.gh is in possession of a photo of a new map of Ghana, after the proposed six new regions are added.A referendum will however be held to vote on the proposal to add the six regions to the existing 10 regions. The six proposed regions are Oti, Bono East, Western North, Ahafo, Savannah and North East. The new regions will be deemed to be created when at least 50 per cent of the persons entitled to vote do so in each of the different referenda, and of the votes cast, at least 80 per cent are in favour of the creation of a region. The Electoral Commission (EC) will hold a referendum on Thursday, December 27, 2018, to determine the creation of the proposed new regions as recommended by the Brobbey Commission of Inquiry. The Constitution requires that 50% of all eligible voters turn out to vote on the day with YES votes, constituting 80% of votes cast, and therefore appealed to residents to ensure relations who have travelled are encouraged to return for the historic vote.Source: yen.com.gh -

10 wild adult ‘atopa’ videos that leaked in 2018
Generally, it has been a good year for Ghanaians. On the news front and for us at YEN.com.gh, the story is no different as 2018 has been a very eventful year.Interestingly, some of the biggest stories have been scandals involving sex tapes being leaked onto social media. Here is a list of these sex tape scandals which shook Ghana in 2018.1. Edumanu Sex Tape (Kitchen stool):
This sex tape involved the headmaster of the Breman Edumanu D/A Basic School, Robert Sepey, and an SHS student which was reportedly leaked by some friends of the girl’s brother. The video which popped up in January became known as the ‘kitchen stool’ tape as the girl was spotted kneeling on a stool with the headmaster ‘firing’ from behind. The video became so popular that it started at a #kitchenstoolchallenge on social media.Eventually, Sepey was was sacked for his misconduct in the matter.2. Fake MzVee tape:
Ghanaians woke up sometime in April to news that a sex tape involving beautiful singer, MzVee leaked. But it turned out that the reports were inaccurate.Though there were some similarities between the lady in the video and MzVee, she was not the one.And she issued a statement to debunk the reports.3. Akosua Sika threesome tape:
Also in April, a video of Akosua Sika who had become popular on social media after being physically attacked by a lady who accused her of attempting snatch her boyfriend emerged. In the video, Akosua Sika was reportedly caught in a threesome with two guys.It later emerged that the video had been leaked by her ex-boyfriend and Akosua was spotted in subsequent videos weeping over the leak.4. Nurse ‘atopa‘ tape:A little over a month after the fake MzVee tape, a video involving the a nurse popped up.The one minute 40 seconds video trended for while before going away.5. Shatta Wale adult video:
In June, another sex tape purportedly involving a musician dropped on us.This time it was no other than Shatta Wale who was reported to have been spotted in a video getting blown away by an unknown lady. After some back and forth, one of Shatta Wale’s militants came to claim he was the one in the video and Shatta Wale apologised for any inconvenience caused.6. Ayisha (St Louis SHS girl) adult video:
Next to surface was that of Ayisha, a young graduate of the St Louis SHS in Kumasi who was found being ‘fired’ by three guys in turns. This video was later reported to have been leaked by a friend of Ayisha’s boyfriend.Ayisha’s mother even threatened to cause the boy’s arrest. But a later video of Ayisha twerking wildly in car eroded any public sympathy for her and the last time we heard of her, she had moved on with her life.7. Pastor Anim Otabil’s daughter:In September, a viral video involving the daughter of Pastor Anim Otabil, a pastor of the White Harvest Ministry based in Prang, a town in the Brong Ahafo and her lover known as Peter surfaced. This video got a lot of traction basically because of the similarity between the names of the girl’s father and of the more popular Pastor Mensa Otabil.8. Nude video of Kumawood actress ‘Queen Lisa’ leaks:
October started with the leakage of a nude video of an upcoming Kumawood actress known as Queen Lisa got leaked online. The video was reportedly leaked by Nora Frimpong-Manso, wife of a movie director who claimed Lisa was sending the videos to seduce her husband.9. Adult video of actress Sitsofe leaks:
Just about a week after Queen Lisa’s nude video leaked, another upcoming actress, Sefakor Tsikor was reportedly caught in sex tape scandal. In the video, the actress was supposedly seen being ‘hammered’ by a man whose face did not show.10. Adult video of pastor and his church member leaks:
It was a triple dose of sex tapes in October as another one involving a pastor known as Chris Omatsola leaked.Pastor Chris was reportedly spotted in the video with Princess Okepwho (the lady above) doing their own thing.Though the video initially leaked in Nigeria, where Pastor Chris is from, it was so explosive that crossed borders to Ghana.Source: yen.com.gh -

Narrating the incident that led to their arrest, the Ablekuma ECG District Manager, Ing. James Teye, disclosed that for several months, his office received complaints from customers in the “Fan milk†area with regard to the activities of persons who posed as ECG staff and extorted money from customers. He therefore detailed some field officers to liaise with the community to monitor and fish out the unscrupulous individuals.
“After weeks of laying ambush, we arrested the two suspects going about their illegal activities in the communities. During their routine, the suspects threatened customers with disconnection for non-payment of bills, and falsely accused others of illegally connecting and using power. In fear of their supply being disconnected, the unsuspecting customers parted ways with several amounts of money to the suspects,†he recounted.
The suspects had fake ECG ID cards, printed demand notices bearing the ECG logo and some tools when they were arrested.
