  • Watch your back – Allotey Jacobs warns Mahama

Social Commentator, Bernanrd Allotey Jacobs has sent a cryptic word of advice to former President John Dramani Mahama to be extremely wary and vigilant about some members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) surrounding him.

Allotey Jacobs questioned the loyalty of some characters who are close to the former President, implying some have a hidden agenda against him (Mahama).

Former President John Dramani Mahama is seeking another term in office and his team has been on the mission of winning this year’s December polls.

The former President has as a result been engaging Ghanaians in a series of conversations where he addresses pertinent national issues.

Allotey Jacobs, who was once a Regional Chairman of the NDC, fired some members of his party for pitching him against the grass roots and spewing lies in an attempt to make him unpopular in the eyes of the former President.

Speaking on Peace FM’s ‘Kokrokoo’ on Wednesday, he told host Kwami Sefa Kayi that he is unperturbed by the actions of his saboteurs but he would like Mr. Mahama to ”watch his back” because not every person close to him is committed to his political ambition.

He made mention of former Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah and the former President’s aide Joyce Bawa-Mogtari together with a few others in the party as the loyal ones around Mahama, but for the rest, he will have Mahama to keep his ears to the ground.

“I see these people as very strong committed loyal dedicated people around President Mahama but what I will say is my brother, John Mahama; watch your back,” he admonished.

  • Mahama will pay your locked up funds – Ofosu-Ampofo assures CACFM customers

National Chairman of the largest opposition party, National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo has assured Members of Coalition of Aggrieved Customers of some Fifty-three (53) collapsed Fund Management Companies (CACFM) that their locked-up funds will be refunded when Mahama is voted back into power.

According to him, the former Head of State when voted into office will deal with their situation with dispatch.

Speaking on an Accra-based radio station on Saturday, he said “the people are suffering and nobody is listening to them. I want to assure them that if Akufo-Addo does not pay them, John Mahama, who is a people scented politician will deal with their situation with dispatch. Their case is not like DKM which is situated in only one region rather into the bank spread across the country”

Mr. Ampofo revealed that since it is no fault of the workers, pensioners, market women, he urged the government to take a second look at the stimulus package it has for Ghanaians.

“These people are suffering as a result of Government collapsing these banks. Some of the customers, a nurse says she said with the bank since she thought she could rely on it in the future after retirement. Now the banks have collapsed and the people are being denied payment of their locked down funds” he stressed.

Mr. Ampofo recalled that the Finance Minister claimed the money was ready of which the Government was set to pay them.

“I listened to the General Secretary of the collapsed Fund Management, I was said. He says they are dying every day. This time is about survival. Look at the released prisoners, they are not happy because of their release rather they are hungry” he stated.

The National Chairman says he is appealing to President Akufo-Addo to look at people adding if those who work are suffering, what then is the fate of millions whose funds are locked up and now can not step out due to Covid-19.

    Background

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in November last year revoked the licences of some 53 Fund Management Companies over some regulatory breaches. Some customers of the affected companies were taken through a validation process for onwards payment but almost five months down the line, they say they have not been paid.

Spokesperson for the Coalition, Charles Nyame said “Government needs to as a matter of urgency need to start disbursement of funds or risk losing the upcoming General Elections. We were made to go through the validation processes from 18th November, 2019 till 15th January, 2020”.

He added it has been over three months of which members expected payment but they have not heard anything from SEC. The Spokesperson also revealed they were told by SEC, the claims filed is in an excess of GHc4 Billion of the data it had.

  • My track record more outstanding than Akufo-Addo – Mahama

Former President John Dramani Mahama has thrown down the gauntlet to President Nana Akufo-Addo to compare track records of the previous administration and that of the incumbent government.

Addressing the nation in a digital conversation, former President Mahama lamented about failures of the Akufo-Addo government to address the health system in Ghana.

According to him, the President has abandoned a number of hospitals that he (Mahama) constructed while in office.

“Ghanaians die when hospitals completed and ready with a combined capacity of 900 beds have been left standing idle. But for the deliberate slowdown of the operationalization of the University of Ghana Medical Centre and the Bank hospital, the unacceptable no-bed syndrome would not have claimed these precious lives. Talking about the Bank hospital, a rather curious case of that hospital and the international Maritime hospital cannot escape attention. These are ultramodern world-class hospitals built with public funds and yet have either remained shut or under-utilized. Particularly worrying is the abandonment of some major health facilities that have reached an advanced stage of completion by the time we left office.

“. . By early 2016, the Dodowa hospital had been completed and commissioned into use while those at Kumahu, Abetifi and Fomena had reached various advanced stages of construction by the time I left office in January 2017. Whatever the challenges with these projects, they should not have been left abandoned and left at the mercy of invading weeds and reptiles, and in some cases been affected by bushfires,” he stated.

Making reference to the President’s promise of 88 Regional and 6 district hospitals in the country, Mr. Mahama noted that the President has plagiarized his ideas and repackaged them to Ghanaians as new policies by his (Akufo-Addo) government.

“In his last broadcast and indeed previous ones, the President echoed many of the ideas and policies I have previously outlined. It is gratifying to note that he is listening. Any addition to our health infrastructure is ordinarily welcome but it is regrettable that it had to take COVID-19 to jolt him into this civility about the importance of such critical investments in healthcare.”

The Ex-President implicatively challenged President Nana Akufo-Addo to prove his achievements since coming into power.

“The fundamental difference between our two respective positions is that I come to the table with an outstanding track record of actually delivering many of such projects with less resources than he has had in the last three and half years. Fellow Ghanaians, the NDC comes to the table with a clear plan of modernization of our healthcare system. This plan considers global best practices and will have features that guarantee equitable access to quality healthcare for all Ghanaians,” Mr. Mahama stressed.

  • UGMC was established to stop public officials from traveling abroad for health care Mahama

Former President John Dramani Mahama has said that the main intent of establishing the over $184 million University of Ghana Medical Centre was not only to buttress the health care system in the country but also to put an end to the trend of top political officials travelling abroad to seek medical care.

He said his government at the time sent some health professionals abroad to receive training on how to operationalize the health facility but no sense has been made out of his efforts since he left office in 2017.

According to him, the 650-bed capacity facility was designed to undertake diverse medical treatment and research but the Akufo-Addo government who subsequently succeeded him fraught the progress with “fruitless value for money audits”.

John Mahama in a live digital conversation said he had expected the Akufo-Addo-led administration to swiftly move to operationalize and complete other phases of the hospital but intangible reasons were given instead.

While responding to a suggestion to make Ghana a health care centre in Africa to promote tourism in the country, the former president said “…Indeed this was the intention of setting up the University of Ghana Medical Centre. It was supposed to improve the health care of Ghanaians but at the same time it was meant to the centre of excellence in Africa so that people who needed specialized health services could come from our neighbouring countries to have treatment…”

He added, “It was also meant to stop the practice where top government of Ghana officials had to go outside the country in order to receive medical treatment. Those medical services would be available locally and so it would not be necessary for the president or ministers or other high public officials to go abroad for medical treatment…”

The former president said but for the outbreak of the Coronavirus, no substantive reasons would have been given for the operationalization and expansion of the facility, together with most of his uncompleted health projects across the country.

Meanwhile, Ghanaians have over the years battled with coming to terms with the trend of public officials abandoning health projects in the country yet spend thousands of cedis to seek medical care outside the country.

Public officials together with their relatives are usually flown to countries like South Africa, the United States of America and the United Kingdom to seek specialized health treatment including childbirth.

  • Election 2020: Don’t vote for wicked Mahama – Akua Donkor

The Flagbearer and founder of the Ghana Freedom Party GFP, Akua Donkor is advocating for a second term for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo describing his performance as exceptional.

The female politician told Nyankontion Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm that, the 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections may have to be suspended due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.

She says the Nationaal Democratic Congress (NDC) and former President John Dramani Mahama will never sit on the presidential throne again.
“John Mahama and the NDC should forget the presidential seat. Mahama will never taste power again, he should forget about his presidential ambition. With God on my side, Mahama will never rule Ghana again.” she stated.

She described Mahama as evil, wicked, greedy and power drunk.

“If you are looking for an evil personality, then Mr. Mahama is a perfect person who fits that description”.

When asked what might have caused the frosty relation between her and Mr Mahama, Akua Donkor alleged that the former president promised to give her a house at Koforidua but later took it away from her because she commended Jean Mensa for her work at the Electoral Commission.

According to her, she paid some amount of money to have the house and will fight until the house is given to her.

“When you have good intentions about people and they pay you with evil, then you have to stay away from them.”

She further alleged Mr. Mahamaa had instructed people to demolish her building in Accra and a hospital in Koforidua.

Adding more to her allegations, the politician said it was because of Mahama she was disqualified from contesting the 2016 presidential election.

“God will punish Mahama. Just like Papa Kwesi Nduom was punished, Mahama would be also be punished. His punishment would be worse than that of Nduom.”JOhn

  • Engage telecom firms to reduce rates Mahama urges government

Former President John Dramani Mahama has appealed to the government to employ strategies that will enable telecommunication service providers to reduce their rates during the restriction period.

He urged the government to consider voice and Internet services as an essential commodity and ensure that it was provided at a cheaper rate to consumers who had been forced to stay at home as part of measures to stop the spread of COVID-19.

That, he said, would be relief to lot of people who had resorted to the Internet to conduct businesses and the many workers who were working from home.

He said the gesture would also help to reduce the cost burden on students who are studying via the Internet due to the closure of schools.

    Support package

The former President made the intervention when he announced a support package for 20,000 households within the partial lockdown areas in Accra, Kumasi and Kasoa at his office in Accra yesterday.

The package included food items and other household items needed for survival during this period when most business activities have come to a standstill.

The items would be distributed through the various traditional councils in the affected areas, faith-based organisations and organisations working with people with disabilities.

    GIFEC/NITA

Throwing more light on the packages that the government could offer the telecommunications firms, Mr Mahama said the government could offer a free six-month extension of licences of telecommunications whose licences were about to expire so that the value could be applied to cushion consumers during the three-month period.

“Additionally, the Telcos can also be compensated with funds from the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communication (GIFEC), which already has the mandate to ensure universal access to telecommunication,” he added.

Mr Mahama also asked the National Information Technology Agency (NITA) to leverage its robust broadband infrastructure 4G cell sites and optic fibre cables, to meet the increased demand for wireless and fixed broadband during the COVID-19 times.

“The removal of the 50 per cent increase in the Communication Service Tax (CST) will provide further relief for the many who are having to work or stay at home at this time.

    Parochial considerations

Mr Mahama said the packages would be distributed to households without any parochial considerations.

He said the COVID-19 pandemic had exposed the inequalities in the society with thousands of people struggling to survive.

He said many bread winners were in dire need due to either a shut down of their work places or had been asked by their employers to stay at home.

Mr Mahama said there should not be any public gatherings or large crowds at palaces for the items but be delivered to the beneficiaries in their homes.

He said to avoid confusion in the distribution of relief items, the government must also adopt this method and involve the traditional authorities in such distributions to ensure fairness.

  • Coronavirus lockdown: Mahama feeds 20K households, criticises quality of governments food for the poor

Former President John Dramani Mahama has said the mode of distribution of food to poor Ghanaians in the locked-down areas is worrying.

He said overcrowding at the various food distribution centres defeats the purpose of the social distancing protocol which is key in preventing the spread of coronavirus which has killed eight out of the six hundred and sixty-three cases confirmed so far.

Mr Mahama said this on Tuesday when he distributed food items to over 20,000 households in Accra.

He told the press: “Yesterday [Monday], I received a mail from a young teacher in Adentan, who lamented that she is suffering and starving because her school has closed down and her employers have still not paid them for the months of February and March”.

“In many such cases, we had tried to lend support, as far as our means would allow. This is why I have welcomed the utilisation of the Stabilisation Fund to alleviate some of the unintended consequences of the lockdown occasioned by this pandemic.

“This includes the distribution of food to deprived communities.

“Reports from the field are a worry, both in terms of the quality of the hot meals served and the mode of the distribution of the food.

“The overcrowding and general scramble that characterise this exercise defeats the protocol of social distancing and can help accelerate the spread of the virus.”

  • Coronavirus: Set up more testing centres to speed up results Mahama urges government

Former President John Dramani Mahama has called on government to set up more testing centres to reduce the waiting period for test results of Coronavirus.

According to him, the new cases being discovered shows that the country is entering a new phase which marks the beginning of a horizontal spread of the disease.

John Mahama thus stated that the new numbers require the need for government to redouble efforts in the battle against the pandemic.

“More testing centres need to be set up in order to shorten the waiting time for results. This is important so that the appropriate models of the expected trajectory the disease will travel can be developed in order to guide any decisions on easing the restriction of movements of people.”

The former president made the call during a donation of relief items to 20, 000 households adversely affected by the lockdown directive in Accra Tuesday afternoon.

Currently, Ghana has only two testing centres; the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research and the Kumasi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) where all the over 1000 suspected cases have been sent to for testing of the deadly virus.

Also, the Ghana Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists (GAMLs) has advised the government to resource other teaching centres to test suspected cases for coronavirus in the country rather than focusing on the two specialized centres.

According to the Association, the two centres which are the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research and the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research might not be able to contain other cases of the latest pandemic if it spreads rapidly in the country.

”All attention is on Noguchi and KCCI but what if we have thousand, two thousand cases coming out, do these people have the capacity to handle all these cases? All the teaching hospitals do specialized testing, we are talking about the use of higher technology to do this. We want to question the government why the attention is on only two testing centres. As a professional body, we want to advise that this is too risky and we are technical people, they must take this counsel seriously before we are hit because this may not be the only outbreak others may come”. President of the Association, Dr Ignatius A.N. Awinibuno said in an interview on Unique FM.

  • Mahama vows to establish a new medical research centre, improve 37 military hospital when voted as president

Flagbearer of the leading opposition party, John Dramani Mahama has said he will establish another medical research centre with capacity like the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, as well as double the bed capacity of 37military hospital when voted as president in the 2020 elections.

The former president said the development will be part of a national infectious disease response plan under his watch.

The plan, according to him, will clearly set out the specific steps to be taken to prevent the entry of such diseases, quickly arrest them at a very early stage even if they do enter our shores and reduce their impact to the barest minimum.

Mr. Mahama averred that under the plan, he, as president will work to double the capacity of the 37 military hospital, build an infectious diseases centre at the facility to cater for the Southern sector to manage infections like Ebola and COVID-19.

”I have previously stated that given the opportunity, I will ensure that we establish another medical research centre with capacity like the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research (NMIMR) and the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR) in the Northern part of Ghana as part of the Response Plan,”

”Under the plan, we will double the bed capacity of the 37 military hospital and build an Infectious Diseases Centre there to cater for the Southern sector in order to help manage infections like Ebola and COVID-19,” the former president said.

In an Easter message sighted by ABC News, Mr. Mahama said Ghana has reached a difficult spot in the fight against COVID-19 hence the need for the future plan but added that the country will pull through the difficulties.

”From the latest statistics and escalation in numbers, it is clear we are in a difficult spot in the battle to contain COVID-19. But together we can overcome the uncertainties of the moment. The latest revelation that 57.1% of infected persons have no history of foreign travel is particularly worrisome. It implies that we may have begun to experience community transmission of the virus,” he said.

  • Ghanaians would have enjoyed free electricity under Mahama Sammy Gyamfi

National Communications Officer for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has said that the COVID-19 relief packages announced by the Akufo-Addo-led administration are not enough since free electricity for all Ghanaians was not included in these support packages.

According to Sammy Gyamfi, there is no iota of doubt that Ghanaians would have been enjoying free electricity in addition to other packages if former President John Dramani Mahama was at the helm of affairs at such a trying time.

Speaking on GH One Television on Wednesday, April 8, 2020, Sammy Gyamfi explained that the NDC understands that a significant number of Ghanaians remain at home currently and are unable to work to make money to feed themselves and their dependents hence the need for government interventions at such a difficult time.

In view of this, the NDC administration, headed by John Dramani Mahama would have offered what he describes as a”non-negotiable” free electricity tariffs to every Ghanaian since the source of income for many have ceased.

“Let me, first of all, reiterate the recommendation for free electricity to be provided for Ghanaians because that, for the NDC, especially HE John Dramani Mahama, is non-negotiable. I can tell you unequivocally that if President John Dramani Mahama was President of the Republic, Ghana would have been enjoying free electricity by now,” the vociferous communicator stressed.

He continued, “It should have been a given, there should not be any contestation about it. People are living in the house they are consuming more electricity yet they are not working so how do you expect them to pay for electricity? These are not normal times.”

Meanwhile, after the announcement of several relief packages including the absorption of water bills, some Ghanaians have lauded President Akufo-Addo for his strategies to mitigate the socio-economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Ghanaians.

Others have also taken to social media to mock the former President expressing that he is not in the same league with President Akufo-Addo, insisting, the former President could not have handled the situation any better than President Akufo-Addo.

  • Lockdown: Lets do more to help the poor Mahama

Former President John Dramani Mahama has urged Ghanaians to extend a hand of generosity and philanthropy to the less-privileged in society who are the hardest-hit by the two-week partial lockdown of some parts of Accra, Kumasi, Tema and Kasoa, as part of moves to mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus.

In a write-up on Facebook on Wednesday, the flag bearer of the National Democratic Congress said: “As we have all noticed, COVID-19 does not discriminate between the rich and the poor. Every one of us is at risk. During this period, however, the poor are suffering disproportionately from the effects of social distancing and the lockdown. We need to do more, as a people, to alleviate the suffering of this disadvantaged and vulnerable group.

“I acknowledge and also commend the contributions of the many who are helping to mitigate the plight of fellow citizens during these times by making donations to health facilities and also to the poor and vulnerable. I wish to commend, especially, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Members of Parliament, our parliamentary candidates and other executive members for responding positively to my call to step out and show compassion and charity to their constituents during this bleak period in our history.

“I have, particularly noted a video of PC Lawyer Francis-Xavier Sosu who is seen personally, serving some homeless residents of Madina with bread and porridge (koko). I want to encourage us all, and all other MPs and Candidates to show compassion and fellow-feeling to our people at this time.

“Despite the shortage of essential medical supplies, we are managing to procure some PPE and other supplies, which we shall shortly commence distribution to the Tamale Teaching Hospital and other Regional facilities currently known to have registered cases of COVID-19.

“I urge all to do more. As the Medical Director at the Ridge Hospital (GARH) said to me when I presented PPEs and other items to them on Sunday, “like Oliver Twist, we ask for more. Please let us all do more!” the former president encouraged.

The 14-day partial lockdown was announced by President Nana Akufo-Addo last week Friday under the Imposition of Restrictions Act 1012 of 2020. It came into effect on Monday.

Mr Mahama said: “Following this announcement, we have encouraged citizens to abide by the directives to stay at home as much as possible in order to slow the spread of the virus and give the relevant authorities enough space and time to mount a robust response to the pandemic.

“We have noted some excesses involving brutalisation of the civilian population by some service personnel and I urge the various Service Commanders to urgently brief the men to be firm but fair in the execution of the directives.

“My advice to all my fellow citizens, whether your area is affected by the restrictions or not, is to please #StayHome as far as practicable. This will help you to avoid getting infected and also prevent you from infecting others if you have the disease. Also, let us continue to regularly wash our hands with soap and under running water”, he noted.

The Second Lady of the Republic, Hajia Samira Bawumia, has said that flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama hasn’t changed and that he is still as incompetent as he was when he was president.

Reiterating this point, the Second Lady asserted that Former President John Dramani Mahama is most the same and the same incompetent person he was when he was Ghana’s president’

The wife of Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia observed that it would be suicidal for Mahama and his NDC to come back to power since they ran down the economy for the eight years they were in power.

In an interview with Philip Osei Bonsu on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen afternoon talkshow, the Second Lady catalogued the seas of bad policies the Mahama administration introduced which adversely affected Ghanaians.

  • Mahama bemoans state of Benchema-Oseikojokrom road

The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has bemoaned the state of the Benchema-Oseikojokrom road in the Western North Region.

Speaking at various stops on the second day of his tour of the region, Mr Mahama said “I am disappointed travelling on the Benchema- Oseikojokrom road, still in this really terrible state. We had begun work on the road when I was in office but the Akufo-Addo government decided to stop the project”.

He has therefore assured the communities affected that all abandoned road and other infrastructure projects will be fully resumed in 2021.

The NDC Flagbearer has so far visited Elluokrom, Adjoafoa, Moseskrom in Debiso and Oseikojokrom all in the Bia West Constituency.

The programme was stopped by President Akufo-Addo. He also assured the chief and people that the next NDC administration will absorb into the government system, the Elluokrom Community College.

At Adjoafua, in response to the request of the chief and his people, former President Mahama promised to construct a Community Day Secondary School for the area.

  • I will reform police service if NDC comes to power in 2021 John Mahama warns

Flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama says his government will ensure a reform of the police service should he be elected president in the December 7 general elections.

Addressing party faithfuls and sympathisers at a ceremony to commemorate the one year anniversary of the violence that characterised the Ayawaso by-elections, the former president bemoaned what he described as the “personalisation of state institutions” under the current Akufo-Addo led administration.

His comments were influenced by an alleged police wire message from the Greater Accra Regional office, sent out this morning directing officers in the region to “dissociate” themselves from the event held this morning or risk “severe sanctions.”

“Which professional police officer will send out a message like this? It shows the personalisation of the institutions of state that have taken place under the current NPP administration. Of course, the NDC is coming, we will reform the police.”

The former president after his comment cautioned police officers, telling them to be reminded that their dedication and duty is to the state and constitution. And in everything that they do, they must remain neutral and non-partisan.

“It is a very sorry day for the police service to issue a communique like this, asking all security personals: One not to provide security for the event and then two, to dissociate themselves from the event.

“I feel very sad, but I promise that we will take action when we come into office, to instil the confidence of the people of Ghana in the police service.

The motto of the police service is Service with Integrity, we will work to restore the integrity of the Ghana Police Service.” Exactly a year ago today, a by-election in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Electoral Area meant to find a replacement for the late Member of Parliament for the Constituency, Boakye Agyarko was marred by violence.

The violence that erupted on that day resulted in several casualties even though there were no deaths recorded. The NDC whose members formed the majority of the victims of the December 31, 2019 violence held the ceremony today at the La Bawalashie Presby School to commemorate the incident.

  • Exempt NHIS from Capping and Re-alignment Policy John Mahama

Former President John Dramani Mahama has advised government to exempt the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) from the Capping and Realignment Policy it is implementing to ensure that the Scheme gets the required funding.

Speaking at the 13th Annual Residential Congress of the National Health Students Association of Ghana at Korle Bu in Accra, Mr. Mahama said this would better serve the Scheme instead of the current arrangement, which unfortunately causes the NHIS to lose some of the funds they would otherwise have retained for their operations, including the payment of claims.

From less than one million subscribers under President John Agyekum Kufour, the scheme expanded to about 11 million subscribers under President Mahama whose administration used 10% of the Annual Budget Funding Amount (ABFA) from oil revenue to support the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).

But under a Funds Capping and Realignment Act introduced by government in 2017, a percentage of the funds due the NHIS has been capped and diverted for other uses.

“Government should exempt the National Health Insurance Scheme from the Capping and Realignment so that we can have enough money to cater for the subscribers to the health insurance,” the former president advised.

The three-day Congress, which is on the theme “Quality Health Education and Sustainable Employment; Reviewing the Past and Present to Repair the Future” will end on September 28, 2019.

Mr. Mahama, who is the flagbearer of the NDC for the 2020 elections, also encouraged student movements to use student activism as a tool to achieve accelerated development.

He noted that student movements have made valuable contributions to the progress of the country, recalling their contribution to the setting up of the Ghana Education Trust Fund, GETFund.

“Since the establishment of the GETFund, it has been the single largest contributor to educational infrastructure in the history of Ghana,” he added.
