Todd Blanche is suggesting another reason to delay the trial: the main witness for the prosecution, Michael Cohen.
Trump‘s lawyers say Cohen lied when he testified in a different trial about how Trump does business last year.
“Blanche wants to know how we can go to court when there’s a witness who lied under oath just two months ago. ”
Justice Merchan has not decided to change his mind yet.
