Nollywood actor Ray Emodi responded to inquiries about his absence from movie roles in a video posted on his Instagram page. He addressed the comments and messages he has been receiving from fans eager to see him in new movies.
In his response, Ray Emodi expressed his desire to take a break and catch his breath, as he has been continuously acting since 2019 without a vacation.
Emodi revealed that he has appeared in nearly 300 movies since entering the Nollywood industry but decided to take a break some months ago.
He acknowledged the love and support from his fans who want to see him back on screen but emphasized the importance of rest. He explained that not taking a break could have adverse consequences, and he didn’t want to risk his health by overworking himself on set.
In essence, Ray Emodi shared his need for a well-deserved break to recharge and ensure his long-term well-being, despite the eagerness of his fans to see him back in action.
