Yoruba actress and comedian, Ramota Adetu, widely known as ‘Aunty Ramota’, a renowned Yoruba actress and comedian, is reportedly in a coma after undergoing a Brazillian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery at an Ikorodu hospital on Saturday, June 8.
A blogger named Tosin Silverdam shared on Instagram that Aunty Ramota opted for the BBL surgery for aesthetic reasons, but complications arose during the procedure, leading to her current comatose state.
Tosin mentioned, “Aunty Ramota fell into a coma on Saturday, June 8th, after her BBL surgery at a hospital in Ikorodu, Lagos State, due to complications from the surgery.”
This news has stirred various reactions, with some questioning its validity while others genuinely express concern and hope for her swift recovery.
In response to this incident, popular actress Toyin Lawani commented, “This must be a skit, no way. I refuse to believe this. Just imagine how it will impact her legs. Even though I know it’s not real, no ethical doctor would allow that; they’d face serious consequences. It’s unimaginable given her condition.”
However, close friends of Aunty Ramota have affirmed that this is not a prank, as she is indeed fighting for her life.
