    Pena turned six-years-old on Saturday, July 11, 2020. In celebration, her mother organised a party for her.

    The party turned out out to be a star-studded event as many of Afia Schwar’s friends passed through to celebrate with the little girl.

    Among the stars who attended the party were McBrown and her daughter. And they came with some swagger and style.

    As McBrown wore a white top over a pair of leggings, Baby Maxin also wore a white top with a pair of leggings. And they also had similar-looking face shields.

    Apart from their lovely appearance, McBrown and Baby Maxin also stole the show with the presents they gave to Pena. The gave the celebrant two big boxes of goodies as a birthday gift.

    Others are also of the view that, Nana Ama McBrown is using such occurrence in promoting her show to the whole wide world.

    But on the real grounds, people are calling for the dismissal of Nana Ama McBrown on UTV. This is because, such bad attitude displayed on her program is a great disgrac to all celebrities and the Nation Ghana as a whole.

    Also,some said, the sack letter or dismissal letter to Nana Ama McBrown from the management of UTV, must not delay but rather come as soon as possible; for it is very heartbroken and disheartening for her to call two great celebrities for an entertainment show and only to engage in fight, as a result, Nana Ama McBrown need to be dismiss from the show United Showbiz.

    But it look as if the management of UTV, have not said anything for now. But let wait and see if Nana Ama McBrown would be sacked from UTV.

    But even if she is not sacked, I really think she need to do something on her show to curb this bad occurrence.

    Actress Nana Ama McBrown has shared a video of her working out with her daughter, Maxin Mawushie Mensah, widely known as Baby Maxin.

    The workout video captured Baby Maxin mimicking her mother as she undertakes her workout out session with her trainer.

    The hilarious videos saw the actress and her trainer pulling some ropes in a rhythmic manner while Baby Maxin walked between them.

    According to Yaa Brefo, her main reason for tendering in her resignation and eventually leave Multimedia Group.

    As earlier reported by YEN.com.gh, Yaa Brefo, a co-host of Adom TV’s Badwam morning show, announced her resignation from Multimedia on Saturday, May 16, 2020.

    Announcing her resignation, Nana Yaa Brefo thanked the company for the 10 years given her to work with Adom TV and Adom FM.

    While she did not reveal the reasons for her resignation or her next move, many linked her decision to the recent interview she had with Nana Ama McBrown about the late Bishop Bernard Nyarko.

    In her first interview after the resignation, Yaa Brefo had refused to speak to any of the rumours concerning the reasons for her resignation.

    But speaking in an interview on Neat FM on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, Nana Yaa disclosed that she had thought of resigning from her role because she did not feel appreciated and not because of the McBrown issue.

    Yaa Brefo, however, admitted that McBrown’s issue was the last straw that triggered her to move from the station.

    “I felt it was about time,” she said.

  • Nana Ama McBrown kneels before Bernard Nyarko’s mother at 1-week observance

    It was a very emotional affair when Nana Ama McBrown and other Kumawood stars attended the one-week observance of Bishop Bernard Nyarko in Accra.

    Following the passing of Bishop Nyarko at the Ridge Hospital on May 2, 2020, the family scheduled a one-week observance in line with Akan customs.

    The one-week observance was held simultaneously in Accra and Kumasi with many Kumawood stars in attendance.

    In a video interview sighted by YEN.com.gh, Sammy explained the circumstances of his situation and how his video came up online.

    Sammy who believes the viral video was recorded by one of his friends said he could not think straight when the incident and thus did not know how the video came out.

    Actress and TV Presenter, Nana Ama McBrown has disclosed a condition she would have given her husband if she turned 45 without a baby.

    According to the actress, she was ready to go through every process to give birth, but if all had failed, she would have asked her husband to adopt a fresh baby for her.

    Talking to Stacy Amoateng on the Restoration show Nana Ama McBrown revealed despite her hope to even give birth at 60, if she had hit 45 without a baby, the next option would have been, for his husband to go in for a fresh baby for her.

    Popular Ghanaian actress and TV presenter, Nana Ama McBrown Mensah, has narrated how she safely delivered her baby which made her tear up eventually.

    The actress opened up about how her doctor gave her special treatment after realizing she was a star in Ghana.

    She said, this happened during her last treatment before delivery, that is one week to her delivery, when a Ghanaian nurse spotted her and made her colleagues aware of her status.

    She went ahead to describe how she felt when she heard her baby cry for the first time and cried in the process.

    Ghana’s veteran actress and TV presenter, Nana Ama McBrown, has vowed to never promote alcoholic beverages and bleaching products despite the compensations attached to it.

    According to her, she is prepared to advertise for any product or company obliging to work with her apart from alcohol and bleaching creams.

    “As I speak, I have decided not to do alcohol or bleaching creams; whatever brand, whatever money I will be given, I will not do it. Aside from that, I am ready to market anything”.

    The ‘Asore ba’ famed actress added that she was an influence on the youth in the country and so involving herself in such things will have a bad impact on them.

    “I am an influence on the children in the country so there are few things I have decided not to pay attention to,” Nana Ama stated.

    She further added that if the government even warrants the promotion of alcohol and bleaching creams, she would not include herself.

    Speaking about her marriage life, Nana Ama stipulated she was never pressured to get married and admonished others to make decisions on their own.

    Nana Ama McBrown made these ratifications in an interview with AJ Sarpong on ‘Hall of Fame show’ on Citi Tv.
