Popular prophet, Odiyifuo Kwabena Boakye Asiamah known popularly as Ajaguraja, president of the Ajaguraja movement has said Freedom Jacob Caesar (Cheddar) is destined to be President of Ghana.
Ajaguraja prophesied the New Force leader would not achieve his ambitions in the year 2024 but years to come.
Speaking on his Instagram live, the popular prophet advised Freedom Jacob Caesar to be persistent in communicating his message which would increase his popularity in years to come.
“Freedom Jacob Caesar would be president one day but not in the year 2024, the spirits surrounding him are positive,” Ajaguraja stated.
In the same interview Bishop Ajagurah advised popular actor John Dumelo to forget any aspirations of becoming the President of Ghana because spiritually there is a negative energy surrounding him.
He said “John Dumelo can never and will never be the President of Ghana because the spiritual realms are unhappy with him.”
Popular prophet, Odiyifuo Kwabena Boakye Asiamah known popularly as Ajaguraja president of the Ajaguraja movement has delivered a prophetic message, indicating that actor John Dumelo is not destined to become the President of Ghana.
Ajaguraja firmly states that his spiritual insight reveals an unsettling aura surrounding John Dumelo in the spiritual realm, diminishing his chances of attaining the presidency.
The spiritual leader dismisses popular opinions tipping Dumelo for future presidency, emphasising that the actor is not among those ordained to lead Ghana.
Instead, Ajaguraja identifies Zenetor Rawlings, daughter of former President J.J Rawlings, current IGP Akufo Dampare, and business mogul Freedom Jacob Caesar as individuals with a presidential mantle in the spiritual dimensions.
He further disclosed that, according to his spiritual revelations, Freedom Jacob Caesar may not win the 2024 elections but is destined to rule Ghana as President in the years to come.
This revelation undoubtedly presents a challenging outlook for actor John Dumelo if he harbors presidential ambitions.

In an interview on 3FM with Black Rasta, she clarified, “I wasn’t gagged at ABN but rather I wasn’t allowed to be myself. I was controlled by Dr. Kwaku Oteng. I was made to switch roles as and when it pleased him, which didn’t sit well with me, and that’s why I resigned.”

She found the lack of communication regarding her replacement unacceptable, leading to her decision to resign from ABN.

The capital of Ghana, Accra grapples with severe air quality concerns, prompting health officials to caution the public, particularly individuals with respiratory issues, to stay indoors.
Certain areas of Accra, like Cantonments, recorded a real-time air quality index of 263 on Tuesday, categorising it as very unhealthy.
The director of Public Health at the Ghana Health Service, Dr. Franklin Asare Bekoe, urged citizens to follow guidelines being developed collaboratively by stakeholders to address the hazardous conditions.
Dr. Bekoe, speaking on the Asaase Breakfast Show, stressed the importance of education, enforcement, and behavioral changes in response to the deteriorating air quality.
“From the public health point of view, I think that we drafted a guideline, but it is somehow dependent on the measurement of air quality from EPA and Meteorological Agency. Clearly based on the value that is recorded, you are supposed to exhibit certain behaviours.
“Is about education, enforcement and behaviour check, so if you are someone with a respiratory condition like asthma, you are more vulnerable, in that case, you need to be careful about how you expose yourself to these pollutants in the environment,” Dr. Bekoe stated.
He specifically addressed those with respiratory conditions, advising them to be cautious and limit exposure to pollutants in the environment.
“Based on their graduations, when you are around orange, then you are supposed to be more indoors than outdoors … hopefully in the next few days, we are going to communicate to Ghanaians that you also anticipate your risk and determine the kind of activities you go into.
“Is about education, enforcement and behaviour check, so if you are someone with a respiratory condition like asthma, you are more vulnerable, in that case, you need to be careful about how you expose yourself to these pollutants in the environment.”
Accra’s residents are urged to stay informed about the air quality levels, with the GHS planning to communicate guidelines to help individuals anticipate risks and adjust their activities accordingly in the coming days.
The collective efforts of health authorities and the Environmental Protection Authority aim to raise awareness and ensure the well-being of the population amidst this pressing environmental challenge.
Recounting the incident that took place during the New Year’s festivities on January 1, 2024, Dr. Oteng disclosed that he suffered a month-long hangover after consuming the unnamed beverage during a night out.
During an interview with Angel FM, monitored Dr. Oteng refrained from disclosing the brand of the alcoholic drink, expressing remorse for his choice.
He shared, “On January 1, I decided to go out and have some fun. I took one alcoholic beverage that I cannot mention the brand in order not to mar their brand. I experienced a hangover for one month and I was not able to recover. So I questioned myself because I made the mistake of taking something different.”
The incident highlights the potential consequences of excessive alcohol consumption, shedding light on the CEO’s month-long struggle to recover from the effects.
Hangovers, as explained by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, encompass a range of symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, headache, nausea, and increased blood pressure, commonly experienced after consuming excessive amounts of alcohol.
Adwoa Safo argued that the phrase ‘toil of our fathers’ in the national pledge was wrong, emphasizing the need for a language change to be more inclusive of women.
She pointed out the contradiction between referring to Ghana as our ‘motherland’ while only acknowledging the toil of forefathers in the pledge, excluding mothers.
However, social media users were quick to express their disapproval, with one netizen asserting, “If Misplaced priorities was a person, no one could do it better than this woman.”
Another comment criticized the proposal as a “Misguided, waste of time, nonsense,” questioning the prioritization of a non-existent issue over other pressing matters before parliament.

Recalling her challenging childhood, Cee discloses the struggles that led her to sell food items, including pork meat and ice cream, to make ends meet.
“I went to mentor with just a Ghana Must Go bag. I had nothing on me. If I didn’t sell pork meat and ice cream, we wouldn’t eat that day. So, I did that after school, coming home early to prepare food,” she shares in a video posted by Mari.Gyata on Instagram.
Cee, who gained fame through the TV3 Mentor reality show, credits God’s grace for saving her from the clutches of poverty.
She emphasises the severity of the struggle, expressing gratitude for overcoming those tough times.

Despite the hardships, she emphasizes that God had a purpose for her life, turning her story into one of triumph over adversity.
“This is why I don’t want my children to experience poverty in Africa. Poverty is a disease that can be fatal if not for God’s intervention. I’ve been to houses to throw trash and wash dishes just to get food. I never knew I could rise above it, but God had a purpose for my life,” she shares, inspiring others with her remarkable journey from despair to success.

The NSA had initially claimed that Stonebwoy paid a sum of 70,000 Ghanaian cedis for organizing his BHIM concert at the Accra Sports Stadium during the Christmas Holidays.
However, following a thorough investigation by Hon. Sam George, it was discovered that Stonebwoy had actually paid a significantly higher amount, totaling GHC 169,000, in contrast to the originally stated GHC7000.
The revelation raises questions about the accuracy of financial transactions and transparency within the National Sports Authority.
During an interview on Adom FM, Sam George said “ my questioning (at the PAC meeting) I had evidence of GH₵70,000 Ghana cities being paid by the Burniton Music Group representatives of Stonebwoy for his Fifth Dimension concert.
“I asked the Director-General (Peter Twumasi) if GH₵70,000 had been paid to the accounts for that event and he confirmed that yes, GH₵70,000.”
“I asked him if it was sufficient for the return of the pitch, or any damages to the pitch, but he did not answer. But post the event, I have now gotten the contract that the NSA signed with the Burniton Music Group and I’ve gotten receipts of payment.
“It was not GH₵70,000. It was GH₵169,000. But it was paid in three instalments – GH₵70,000, GH₵70,000 and GH₵29,000.
“And the Director General is literally before the parliamentary select committee under oath, confirming it was GH₵70,000.”
Sam George noted that this among other activities at the NSA has influenced him to support the call for investigations into the authority by the PAC Chairman James Avesdzi Klutse.
He stated that the investigations should be done “not just by the auditor general, but even the office of special prosecutor.”
Meanwhile, the manager of Ghanaian artiste Stonebwoy, Chief Abiola, has corroborated Sam George’s claim that the musician paid more than GH₵70,000 to the National Sports Authority.
He, however, did not reveal the exact amount paid stating that as the issues unfold he does not want to go into details at the moment.
Controversial public figure Nana Agradaa is making waves on social media as she shares her perspective on the tragic passing of Dr. Grace Boadu.
Agradaa suggests that Dr Boadu’s outgoing nature may have played a role in her untimely demise, alleging that it provided an opportunity for enemies to poison her.
Emphasizing her own cautious approach, Agradaa asserts that she is immune to such risks as she avoids keeping company with individuals who may pose a threat.
In addition to her commentary on Dr Boadu, Agradaa also directs some words toward Moesha Boduong, adding further intrigue to the unfolding social media saga.
“Dr. Grace Boadu caused her own death, her outgoing lifestyle is to blame for her early demise. In this world you don’t show your private life in public,” she shared during one of her sermons in church.
Not only that, she also shared her days of selling pork meat and ice cream, to make ends meet.
“When I went to mentor, I went with a Ghana Must Go bag. I had nothing on me. I sold pork meat and ice cream. If I don’t sell that day we won’t eat. So I was doing that anytime I closed from school and I had to come back home early and prepare food,” Cee stated in an interview on Mari.Gyata on their Instagram platform.
Cee also recounted how her family and friends used to mock her about her looks which made her want to commit suicide to put an end to the ordeal.
“That’s the reason why I don’t want to allow any of my children to stay in Africa. Poverty is a disease. If God doesn’t intervene, it can kill you. Sometimes I have to go to houses to throw trash away and wash people’s bowls to be able to get food to eat.
“There was a man who told me I was very ugly and that day I was hurt and I cried. Even my cousins would tell me I was ugly that’s why men didn’t like me, I wanted to commit suicide. I never knew I could become like this, God had a purpose for my life.”
Ghanaian musician Becca, also known as Rebecca Acheampong, has urged the public to contribute to actress Moesha Boduong’s ongoing GoFundMe campaign as she battles a stroke and remains hospitalized.
During an interview on Daybreak Hitz with Doreen Avio, Becca stressed the significance of rallying behind Moesha by extending a helping hand to “save a life.”
“I tell people that if God helps you and you don’t do the same to others, what then is the purpose? When I heard about it, I just said, she might not be my best friend, but she is a sister in the industry, so why not help her as much as I can,” Becca expressed.
Becca and her husband have already donated $2000 to support Moesha, emphasising the importance of standing together in times of need.
“I think it wasn’t Becca but more of Rebecca Acheampong that donated. I like to put myself in that space because I came together with my husband and donated that to her, and I hope it would help her out,” she added.
Becca encouraged Ghanaians to adopt a compassionate approach, urging them to support individuals facing challenges instead of being quick to pass judgement on their lifestyles.
“It is a definition of living a life. That is the problem I have with people. You live your life the way you want to live it as long as you are living it with the right morals,” she noted. “People misunderstand the industry; the fact that someone dresses nicely doesn’t mean they are collecting it (money) from somewhere. Everybody works and does something for themselves. Most of the time, this happens to women, and it’s very disrespectful.”
In a recent video making the rounds on social media, Moesha can be seen lying motionless in a very sad posture.

Ex-wife of Dr. Kwaku Oteng, Sally Akua Amoakowaa, has raised concerns over the misuse of police authority by affluent individuals in Ghana to enforce debt collection.
She contends that some wealthy individuals are resorting to using the police to unlawfully arrest debtors, emphasizing that the police’s primary role is to apprehend and prosecute offenders, not to act as debt collectors.
Taking to Instagram, Sally highlighted instances where police are allegedly being used to intimidate and humiliate those in debt.
Without directly naming anyone, she urged the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to educate officers about the boundaries of their duties, emphasising that owing money is a civil matter and should be addressed through the judicial system.
In a series of posts, the private legal practitioner explained the legal framework surrounding debt collection, citing cases from India and Nigeria where the judiciary emphasised that police lack jurisdiction in civil disputes.
She emphasised that the police should not be involved in settling civil matters, and their role is limited to criminal cases and investigations.
Sally concluded her message by asserting that the police service is not a debt collection agency and called for the law to take its course in resolving financial disputes.
“Some rich men in this country are using some police men in the police service to intimidate and humiliate poor people in this country. The core mandate of the Ghana police service is to Apprehend and prosecute offenders, Maintaining of law and order, Protection of life and property.
“I haven’t come across any clause in the constitution or article that says a person can be kept behind bars overnight for owing someone. I am pleading with the IGP to please educate some police men who are being used as debt collectors to leave that in the hands of the judiciary if the person did not acquire the debt through fraudulent means,” Sally Akua Amoakowaa stated.
The founder of Heritage Men’s Clinic, Dr. Rasheed Adedapo emphasizes the importance of men engaging in sexual intercourse at least 21 times a month to reduce the risk of prostate cancer.
In a recent interview on the Dr. Ken show, Dr. Adedapo explained, “The concept in Physiology is if you don’t use it, you lose it. The form of exercise a prostate gland gets is during erection, and that erection comes with sexual intercourse. So the study is actually clear that a man must have sexual intercourse 21 times a month to avoid prostate issues or cardiovascular issues.”
To address the issue, Dr. Adedapo encourages married men to ensure satisfaction in their relationships and suggests seeking alternatives if necessary.
He advises, “If you have a wife, do whatever it takes to please her so she can give it to you 21 times a month. If she doesn’t please you, I advocate to you that you can actually get a side chick.”
Prostate cancer, a common form of cancer, occurs in the small walnut-shaped gland in males responsible for producing seminal fluid that nourishes and transports sperm.
Dr. Adedapo’s recommendations aim to promote overall prostate health and reduce the risk of such health issues.

Valentine’s Day marks a special moment in the lives of couples.
The pressure is on for partners to prove their worth in the realms of love and intimacy.
However, there’s a radical idea, abandon the hype and focus on maintaining a romantic connection throughout the entire year.
Beyond the flowers and chocolates, these five relationship tips offer a foundation for enduring love:
Prioritise Meaningful Spending Over Materialism:
Embrace fiscal responsibility as a way to reduce stress and enhance intimacy. Collaborate on budgeting and find happiness in shared experiences, valuing the connection over material possessions.
Cherish Experiences Over Possessions:
Recognize that shared experiences bring more fulfilment than accumulating possessions. Whether it’s spending quality time with family, pampering your significant other, or taking occasional breaks from work, prioritise moments that strengthen your bond.
Align on Parenting Approaches:
Extend the importance of being on the same page beyond conception to child-rearing. Present a united front as parents, avoiding divisive tactics that could undermine your partnership. Additionally, embrace the attractiveness of fathers actively engaging with their children.
Avoid Chore Comparisons:
Rather than engaging in fruitless comparisons of daily tasks, view chores as the path of least resistance. Let go of the notion of keeping score, recognizing that maintaining a harmonious relationship is more important than determining who did more around the house.
Express Love Beyond Intimacy:
Show affection regularly and find ways to express love beyond moments of intimacy. Whether through thoughtful gestures, love notes, or simply spending quality time together, cultivate an environment where love is consistently demonstrated.
As an alternative to the Valentine’s Day frenzy, adopt a year-round approach to romance. By spreading out acts of love and kindness over 365 days, couples can build a stronger, more resilient connection. Celebrate the unique bond between partners with thoughtful gestures that go beyond the confines of a single day.
And for those looking to navigate Valentine’s Day differently, one husband shares his 21-year tradition of expressing love to his wife through heartfelt gestures, proving that lasting romance extends far beyond the confines of a calendar date.

“I don’t want to embarrass this young lady, but she has more Grammys than everyone and never won Album of the Year,” Jay-Z said about his wife of nearly 16 years. “So even by your own metrics that doesn’t work. Think about that. Most Grammys never won Album of the Year, that doesn’t work.”

During a courtesy call at the Gbewa palace in Yendi as part of his ‘Building the Nation tour,’ Mahama received counsel from the Yaa-Na, who emphasized the importance of a presidency aimed at creating a lasting impact for future generations.
“I believe you are not coming to make more money for your family but to leave a legacy that your children will not only be proud of, but will pave the way for them wherever they may find themselves in the future when you are long gone to your maker.
The Overlord also encouraged Mahama to view his opponent, Dr. Mahamudu of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), as a brother rather than an enemy, emphasising that political differences should enrich opportunities for the nation.
“Being on the opposite sides of the political divide does not make you enemies. It rather enriches the opportunities of the family,” he told Mahama.
Additionally, Yaa-Na Abubakari II urged Mahama to be bold in reshuffling his team based on merit and competence, even if it means parting ways with loyalists who may not contribute positively to the government.
“In seeking to make this legacy a reality, when you get the nod from Ghanaians, do not shy away from reshuffling your team to get the right ones on board by merit and competence, and lay off even loyalists but misfits, who will only churn out mediocrity for your government.
This applies especially to your kitchen cabinet, because they in reality rule you and the country. That would be a mistake; no Ghanaian will forgive you, if you happen to be the chosen one,” Yaa-Na said.
Addressing the water crisis in Yendi, Mahama promised to prioritise the establishment of a water supply system for the region, expressing disappointment over the stalled Yendi water project initiated during his previous term.
He assured the Overlord that if elected, his government would address the long-standing issue and ensure the people of Yendi have access to a reliable water supply.
The water supply project, initiated in 2020 by President Akufo-Addo, aimed to provide 15,000 cubic meters of water daily to Yendi and its environs.
Mahama pledged that the NDC government would make the Yendi water supply project a priority if voted into power in the upcoming 2024 general elections.
Samuel Dubik Mahama outlined a number of reasons leading to the shortfalls in the ongoing high billing charges.
“I agree that there has been an increase in people’s bills, I am at fault. There are a number of reasons to blame such as a number of metres haven’t been read, some haven’t been registered into the system, we accept blame for everything.
Despite accepting blame, he points to recent government tariffs exceeding 70% as a significant factor contributing to the surge in electricity charges.
“We accept blame for the current spikes in billing our consumers, this is as a result of the current digital reform we are undertaking,” Samuel Dubik stated.
In an effort to address customer concerns, Dubik urged consumers to visit designated ECG offices for prompt resolution of billing challenges.
However, he emphasised that consumers should also take responsibility for their energy conservation practices, including checking home wiring and earthing, factors that impact electricity consumption and subsequent bills.
“The tariffs have gone up above 70 percent, hence the tariffs have a major role to play in these recent charges also the consumers’ energy conservation at home will also reflect how much you will pay, check the wiring, earthing and come over the office so we check the metre for you.”
While Samuel Dubik encouraged customers to download the ECG app for streamlined issue resolution, he reiterated the importance of consumers actively participating in the process.
“Download the app, click on the fix the bill on the top menu corner, send the metre reading, if it’s been a long time we have had a metre reading we can rectify it.”
By using the app, customers can submit metre readings and follow necessary instructions to rectify billing discrepancies, especially if there has been a prolonged absence of meter readings.
Samuel Dubik Masubir assured the public that ongoing reforms are underway to rectify any issue, emphasising the commitment of the ECG to enhance its services.
During an interview on Peace FM, Samuel Dubik Masubir expressed the organisation’s dedication to improving customer satisfaction through the reform process.
“I am pleading with everyone, we want to serve our customers better, that’s why we are initiating the reform process,” he stated, urging understanding and patience from the public.
Highlighting the importance of efficiency in the reform process, Samuel Dubik stressed that enhanced customer service satisfaction would ultimately streamline the revenue collection process for the ECG.
He encouraged consumers facing issues with the billing system or experiencing high charges to approach the company for resolution.
“If you have a customer or you are serving a customer and they are not satisfied with the service you provide, taking money from them is very complex. We are pleading with our consumers that if there are issues with the billing system, or they have high billing charges, they can come to us to resolve it.”
Addressing the shift to digital meter reading, Samuel Dubik mentioned the adoption of a device that allows for efficient and accurate billing. “Now we have gone digital, we use a device to come and read your bills, we read it digitally through a camera and we take your GPS location. We can correct the bill on the spot and can be given to you instantly,” he explained.
In conclusion, Samuel Dubik Mahama appealed for public patience, assuring that the ECG is dedicated to serving the public more efficiently and effectively through the ongoing reforms.
Samuel Dubik revealed that he receives numerous calls and invitations into his home from people seeking explanations for the persistent power outages, some of which are attributed to the exhaustion of ECG prepaid credits rather than genuine electricity issues.
“I was telling my father recently that now I hardly attend public functions, I don’t go to church because when there is a lights out, everyone comes looking for me. Some are not genuinely lights out but just their ECG prepaid exhausting,” Samuel Dubik stated in an interview on Peace FM.
During the same interview, Samuel Dubik highlighted the significant growth in ECG app users since he assumed office in 2022, noting a remarkable increase from 250,000 to 3.5 million registered users.
He acknowledged the challenges faced by consumers, particularly the recent spikes in billing, attributing them to ongoing reforms within ECG.
“We accept blame for the current spikes in billing our consumers; this is a result of the current reform we are undertaking,” stated Samuel Dubik as he shed light on the company’s efforts to modernize its operations.”
Samuel Dubik has therefore entreated Ghanaians to be patient as there are ongoing works to restore the power company’s operations back to normal.

Spouse of Afua Asantewaa, Mr. Aduonum firmly denies speculation that his wife might leave him for a wealthier or more influential man.
Addressing concerns circulating on social media about their marriage, Aduonum confidently asserts that no man, regardless of wealth or power, can lure his wife away.
Rumors intensified after Asantewaa’s successful Guinness World Record sing-a-thon, propelling her to immense fame in Ghana and frequent encounters with influential individuals.
Social media discussions suggest apprehension that her newfound exposure may lead her to consider wealthier suitors.
However, Aduonum dismisses such notions, emphasising that his wife has interacted with influential figures long before the sing-a-thon without any such incidents.
Unfazed by the speculation, Mr. Aduonum concludes by expressing unwavering confidence in his wife’s character, stating, “If a lady is bad, she’s bad, and if she’s good, she’s good,” firmly believing that his wife is a virtuous woman.

Ghanaian singer Becca confidently addresses negative comments about her looks and denies allegations of skin bleaching in a recent interview.
The ‘African Woman‘ hitmaker remains unfazed, asserting that she puts content into the public domain willingly and does not let external opinions affect her self-esteem.
“It’s content. At the end of the day, I put it out there and I should have expected that. So if you don’t want people to talk about it when you’re putting something out there, you need to be careful. I put it out there already and there was nothing I could do about it,” Becca stated.
Becca clarifies that her appearance is enhanced by a Snapchat filter she frequently uses, emphasizing her choice to continue using it regardless of misinterpretations.
“I wasn’t going to explain myself a million times because even in the caption, I made them know that it was a Snapchat filter that everybody uses and I keep using it. I even used it this morning because I like it. So I’m not going to change using my filter because of what people are going to say.”
The artist, who has faced similar accusations before, maintains her maturity in the industry and expresses a lack of concern for opinions unless they lead to physical harm.
“Honestly, I don’t read comments. I never read comments because at the end of the day… everyone has an opinion of things. So if I’m going to be hurt by every single person’s opinion, I’m human and I have feelings.
“As long as you stay in your house and you don’t come physically to attack me, we don’t have a problem.”
The recent controversy arose after a video of Becca leaving the gym sparked renewed allegations of skin bleaching on social media.

Ghanaian rapper Kenneth Kyeremanteng popularly known as Kwame Yogot has revealed that he is not going to charge anything less than a billion dollars to endorse any political party.
In anticipation of the upcoming 2024 elections, the artist has been vocal for some months now after Vice President Dr. Bawumia and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) used his song for a campaign some months ago without consulting him.
He’s been criticising the party ever since, demanding that they take the appropriate action.
Expressing his dissatisfaction, Kwame Yogot has been vocal in demanding proper consultation from the party.
As the political season approaches, the artist has now disclosed that he will not settle for anything less than a billion dollars for endorsing any political party.
Highlighting the risks associated with political endorsements, Kwame Yogot emphasised the importance of securing his future in the event that his career takes a downturn due to such associations.
He articulated that charging a substantial amount ensures a financial cushion even if his career faces challenges post-endorsement.
In his own words, Kwame Yogot stated, “Yeah, we all need money, but endorsing a political party is a risky thing to do. I won’t take an amount like $100,000 because I will finish spending that money. So, any political party ready for an endorsement from me must be prepared, as they have a lot to pay for my services.”
As the musician sets a significant price tag for his political endorsements, it remains to be seen how parties will respond to his financial demands in the lead-up to the 2024 elections.
In a forthcoming interview on TV3, Kyerematen asserted, “Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is exhausted. There is nothing new he can do, and that is a fact,” emphasizing concerns about Bawumia’s perceived lack of fresh ideas to rejuvenate the struggling economy.
Having departed from the New Patriotic Party in September 2023 to establish the Movement for Change, Kyerematen cautioned Ghanaians against placing trust in Vice President Bawumia’s assurances.
He argued that Bawumia lacks the capability to instigate significant economic changes and challenged the distinction between the roles of Vice Presidency and Presidency, referring to them as a “combined ticket.”
Questioning Bawumia’s claim of independence and vision after winning the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearership race on November 4, 2023, Kyerematen contended that if Bawumia couldn’t propose transformative ideas during nearly eight years in government, his potential presidency would likely yield the same outcome for Ghana’s economic prospects.
Alan Kyerematen asserts that he is the right individual to be given the mandate because he has fresh ideas to be introduced that will change the economy for the better.

Addressing the ongoing debate, Obaapa Christy asserts, “We pay bills and other expenses, so yes, we need to get paid for our services, be it at a church or wherever. Studio fees, backup singers, among others, do not come free. We pay for them, so how can we continue to fulfil our obligations if we offer our services for free?”

The Akan-translated title means ‘it will change,’ and the song is crafted to inspire listeners not to lose hope in challenging situations.

A viral video circulating on social media identifies a Prophet by name Nana Kwabena Joshua, the founder of Glorious Global Empire International Ministries, predicts a dark fate for popular actress Moesha Boudong.
The prophet claims that he foresaw Moesha’s current predicament back in 2019 and warned against the GOFundMe account set up by Moesha’s brother.
According to Prophet Nana Kwabena Joshua, Moesha’s troubles are not merely physical but of a spiritual nature.
He discloses that, despite his prayers to avert the unfortunate incident, Moesha will struggle to survive, and even if she does, she will face spiritual attacks due to revelations about her past.
The prophet urges the public to refrain from contributing to the GOFundMe campaign, alleging that the funds may be misused.
He emphasizes the importance of Moesha turning to God, claiming that only through embracing Christianity can she find freedom from the spiritual forces tormenting her.
Quoting a previous prediction by another religious figure, Rev Obofour, from 2019, Prophet Nana Kwabena Joshua asserts that Moesha’s salvation lies in accepting Christ.
Failure to do so, he claims, will result in the torment of hidden secrets that will haunt her until her demise.
Meanwhile, Moesha’s celebrity friends, including singer Efya, Becca and actress Akuapem Poloo, are rallying support through a GOFundMe campaign to raise funds for the ailing actress.
“In the year 2019, Rev Oborfuor predicted Moesha Boudong will fall ill, that if she gives her life to Christ she will be set free. If she does not give her life to Christ, she has a lot of peoples secret which will torment her till she dies.
“She is not battling a physical force but a spiritual force, so this GOFundme account, someone will squander the money for free. People know that when she recovers and takes God as her personal savior, she is going to expose them that is why they are tormenting her,” Prophet Nana Kwabena Joshua stated.
Nigerian UK-based Media personality, Adesope Olajide has accused the Recording Academy of using African artists for promotion and asserts Grammy Awards‘ disconnect with African music culture.
In a scathing critique, the UK-based Nigerian took to Instagram Live on February 4, 2024, to express his strong disapproval of the Grammy Awards, claiming the prestigious event has no positive intentions for Africans and their vibrant music culture.
Olajide, a prominent figure in promoting Afrobeats, pointed fingers at the Harvey Mason Jr-led Recording Academy, accusing them of exploiting Africa’s population, culture, and artists for promotional purposes.
His discontent heightened with the recent Grammy win of South Africa’s Tyla for the new Best African Music Performance award, a decision he perceives as evidence of the Grammys’ lack of understanding of African pop music and, more alarmingly, their questionable motives.
The Afrobeats promoter argued that the Grammys missed a golden opportunity to bridge the gap between the African diaspora in the United States and those on the African continent.
He passionately urged a boycott of the Grammys, emphasising the need to redirect energy towards building cultural bridges with African American communities.
Expressing his frustration, Olajide, also known as “Energy Gawd,” criticised the Grammys’ choice to award Tyla while playing Fela Aníkúlápó Kuti’s Water in the background, highlighting what he sees as a glaring lack of understanding and respect for African culture.
In a fiery statement, he declared, “The Grammys have no clue. None. They have no clue, they know nothing about our culture, and we shouldn’t be wasting our energy there.”
Olajide went on to condemn the Grammys for allegedly using African artists like Burna Boy and Davido for promotion, only to snub them when it came to the awards ceremony.
Despite the artists’ multiple nominations, the 66th Grammy Awards ceremony concluded without any honours for either Burna Boy or Davido.
The controversy revolves around the perceived exploitation of African talent by the Grammys, with Olajide calling for a collective refusal to support an organisation he believes disregards and misrepresents African music culture.
A Nigerian woman named Cici is the target of harsh accusations on social media from her enraged friend @AkwaigboG, who says that Cici stole her lover and is now getting married to him.
The controversy began when Cici, introduced to the boyfriend during a visit to Port Harcourt for a job interview in September 2023, seemingly cut off communication after returning to Lagos due to job-related issues.
The situation escalated when @AkwaigboG stumbled upon pictures from Cici’s introduction ceremony, revealing that her boyfriend, Obinna, was the groom.
Despite futile attempts to confront the accused parties, the aggrieved friend took to social media to expose the alleged betrayal.
Interestingly, Cici has now responded to the accusation in a series of posts shared on Twitter.
She admitted that she and Obinna got intimate when her friend was not at home, and she fell pregnant, leading to their ‘love story.’
She also chided her friend for claiming that she fed her during her stay in their home, asserting that she was the one cooking and feeding her and her boyfriend.
She also dared her friend to do her worst.
Read her response below,
“My junior sister saw your tweets on someone’s Facebook page and called to inform that am been dragged on social media.
You didn’t have to put it here without finding out the whole truth.
I have been feeling bad about the whole issue and trying to look for a better way to address this and appease you. But since you’ve taken it up to embarrass me on social media, I don’t owe you any explanation.
You are lying through your teeth about the issue. Have you told everyone that you weren’t performing the duties of a girlfriend? You don’t even know how to cook a proper meal. Talking about feeding me and all when I was the person doing all the cooking for you and Obinna.
We accidentally had sex one of the days you went to work and it eventually turned to a love story I can’t wipe off because of friendship. I got pregnant too. You can’t blame me for getting pregnant please. I avoided your calls when I returned to Lagos because of guilt.
Now you’ve posted it for the world to see I don’t care anymore. Do your worst.”
