Are you an alumnus? John! – Stonebwoy seemingly throws jab at Shatta Wale

Renowned Ghanaian musician Stonebwoy has graduated from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

After a three-year program, Stonebwoy, who initially paused his education to focus on his music career, completed his studies and participated in the graduation ceremony at GIMPA on July 26.

Stonebwoy, whose real name is Livingstone Etse Satekla, made a return to academia in 2021.

While administering his oath as an alumnus of the school, the unexpected happened. The artiste passed a comment that has left many perplexed.

He made a statement mocking an individual known to him alone for failing to bag a degree at the university.

“Have you been an alumnus before? John,” he remarked briefly.

Many users on social media believe this comment was made in mockery of an individual asserted to be his archnemeses, Shatta Wale.

A user wrote, “Don’t you think Shatta also have a degree?”. Another said, “Shatta Wale go take do music.”

The two artistes have not seen eye to eye for a long time. Although Stonebwoy says he has nothing against Shatta Wale, Shatta has expressed his resentment towards Stonebwoy on several occasions.

Shatta Wale‘s mother, according to a family member, has struggled with significant mental distress, including suicidal thoughts and panic attacks.

Florence Chapman, responsible for her care, shared concerning updates on her condition.

She criticized Afia Schwarzenegger for disrespecting Shatta Wale’s mother in a TikTok video, highlighting the challenges Shatta’s mother faced before Florence’s family took on her care.

Florence described instances of Shatta’s mother waking up at night searching for her son and facing mental breakdowns.

This situation has sparked widespread social media discussion, with criticism directed at Shatta Wale for alleged neglect of family responsibilities.

“This will be my final video regarding Shatta Wale’s mother’s condition. She has been enduring psychological trauma, desperately trying to reach her son without success. She reached out to many people for help, including family members who also tried to intervene without results.”

Florence continued, “Her condition deteriorated. She would wake up in the middle of the night asking for her son Junior, crying out for him. She has suffered mental breakdowns and repeatedly mentioned thoughts of suicide, which initially we thought might be emotional blackmail. She has faced mockery in her village where people accused Shatta Wale of neglecting her while spending on others. This constant reminder fueled her suicidal thoughts.”

She added, “Before we took her in, she lived in the village enduring these taunts. Her niece, Sherico, intervened, bringing her to Accra and ensuring she received medical care. Despite treatment, she still needs psychological support. She insisted on speaking out, threatening suicide if we stopped her, which is why she came forward.”

Over the years, Shatta Wale has faced accusations of neglecting his mother, a narrative that gained traction in 2022 when she revealed being evicted from her home after six years.

In a series of viral radio interviews, Madam Elsie Avemegah lamented not seeing her son for over five years at that time, despite her worsening conditions and unsuccessful attempts to seek his help.

By 2024, her health had deteriorated further, with severe issues such as hypertension, and she reported receiving no support from her son.

Her niece, Sherita, corroborated this on TikTok, detailing Shatta Wale’s prolonged absence and the family’s struggles to care for the over 70-year-old woman.

In a recent viral video, Elsie confirmed her niece’s statements, saying, “My son, for about ten or more years now, I haven’t spoken with him. He doesn’t know where I live, he doesn’t know what I eat. Now my health keeps declining. I am seriously ill and currently staying in my little sister’s room.”

Critics have condemned Shatta Wale for neglecting his mother while living lavishly, arguing that his priorities seem misplaced.

Conversely, some defend him, suggesting undisclosed grievances or misunderstandings behind the scenes. Shatta Wale had previously defended himself by citing gestures like buying his mother four cars and renting a home in an upscale Accra neighborhood.

He stated, “Everyone in my life has spent my money, including my parents. That’s why when I hear people talk about my mother, you amaze me. People think I abandoned her, but I gave her four cars and rented a house for her. All the good things I did for her, she doesn’t appreciate.”

Despite his defenses, the ongoing controversy continues to draw scrutiny and debate.

Sammy Flexx should be blamed for inciting Shatta Wale against Stonebwoy – Ola Michael

Media personality Ola Michael recently shared his insights on the controversy surrounding the cancellation of Shatta Wale’s concert at the University of Ghana. The event was called off by the university authorities due to a lack of proper information from the organizers.

Following the cancellation, Shatta Wale’s team accused Stonebwoy of influencing the decision to avoid a clash with his own concert at the same venue. However, Stonebwoy denied any involvement in the cancellation, emphasizing that he had no authority to influence such decisions.

During a discussion on Neat FM in Accra on June 13, 2024, Ola Michael criticized Shatta Wale’s manager, Sammy Flex, for mishandling the situation. Michael pointed out that Sammy Flex’s remarks were suggestive and seemed to blame Stonebwoy for the cancellation, which he found misleading and inflammatory, provoking Shatta Wale’s subsequent outburst against Stonebwoy.

Michael clarified that the confusion originated from the TF Hostel representatives who misrepresented the nature of the event to the university authorities, claiming it was a karaoke night instead of a concert. This misinformation led Sammy Flex to believe that Stonebwoy was involved in the cancellation.

He also criticized Sammy Flex for not verifying the information with the dean of students before reporting it to Shatta Wale, which escalated the situation unnecessarily.

In light of these facts, Ola Michael questioned whether Sammy Flex would issue apologies to Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, and others affected by the misinformation. He emphasized the need for accountability and suggested that Sammy Flex should apologize on behalf of Shatta Wale for spreading false information.

Overall, Ola Michael’s analysis highlighted the importance of accurate communication and responsible management in handling such controversies within the entertainment industry.

I am a married man, I am not fighting anybody – Stonebwoy declares

Ghanaian dancehall and reggae artist, Stonebwoy has reiterated his status as a married man, for which reason he wouldn’t fight anyone.

He made the disclosure during an interview with Accra-based radio station Asaase Radio on June 12, 2024.

“I’m a married man; I’m solid, you know. I’m not in any rivalry with anybody. This is a good opportunity to let the world know that you know I’m in no rivalry with anybody,” he stated.

This comes after his self-acclaimed rival and fellow dancehall artist of the 25th TGMA, Artiste of the Year, Shatta Wale, accused and attacked him over a cancellation of his performance at the University of Ghana’s James Nelson Top Yankah Hall Week celebration (Wave Africa Artiste Night ).

He went on to emphasise that “you can all see. I just have to state that we can all see a beef when you get replies. A rivalry is when it’s back and forth. So it’s not worth it, not qualified to be called a rivalry,” he affirmed.

Both Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale were slated to grace the University of Ghana Campus with their performances on June 8. Stonebwoy was set to take the stage at Limann Hall’s karaoke night, while Shatta Wale was booked for the JT Nelson Yankah Hall artiste night.

However, just hours before Shatta Wale’s scheduled performance, organizers of the JT Nelson Yankah Hall event received an unexpected directive instructing them to refrain from allowing Shatta Wale to perform.

Interestingly, Stonebwoy’s performance went on without any hitches or interruptions.

This discrepancy led to widespread speculation and rumors, fueled by the longstanding rivalry between the two artists. Many conjectured that Stonebwoy might have utilised his connections with influential figures and authorities to hinder Shatta Wale’s performance.

Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artist Stonebwoy has addressed the recent incident involving the cancellation of Shatta’s scheduled performance at the University of Ghana (UG) campus concert.

The event, part of the university’s hall week festivities, sparked controversy as both Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy were slated to perform on the same evening.

The two musicians have a contentious history, especially after their altercation at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA), which resulted in both being banned from the event.

When Shatta Wale’s performance was unexpectedly canceled while Stonebwoy’s show went on, Shatta Wale vented his frustration on social media, using offensive language aimed at Stonebwoy and his family.

Stonebwoy responded to the situation in an interview on Asaase radio, expressing his disbelief at Shatta Wale’s allegations.

“It’s ridiculous for my brother to make such accusations. It implies I have more power than I do. I am not an event organizer,” Stonebwoy stated.

He further mentioned that although he anticipated such a reaction from Shatta Wale, it was still disappointing.

“I am not surprised that the rants were aimed at me; it’s expected behavior from my brother. I believe an apology is owed to me, but I don’t expect to receive one,” Stonebwoy said.

We did not cancel Shatta Wale’s concert – UG management clears the air

A recent controversy erupted at the University of Ghana (UG) involving popular dancehall artists Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.

The Dean of Students, Prof. Rosina Kyeremanten, addressed the allegations, stating that the university and hall representatives had no issues with Shatta Wale.

The cancellation of Shatta Wale’s performance at TF Hostel was due to the organizers proposing a Karaoke Night rather than an Artiste Night, which required additional security measures amid a ban on student gatherings.

Prof. Kyeremanten explained that any event in university halls must be approved by her office with a detailed program outline. Stonebwoy’s performance at Limann Hall proceeded because the organizers submitted a request for an Artiste Night, including Stonebwoy, which was approved after necessary security arrangements were made.

The controversy arose when Shatta Wale accused Stonebwoy of influencing the cancellation, alleging they were prevented from performing at the same venue. The event’s organizers confirmed receiving instructions not to allow Shatta Wale’s performance, despite earlier resolutions with the Dean’s office.

The Dean emphasized the importance of peace and security on campus, noting the gradual opening up for alumni reunions and events, with the potential for lifting the ban on gatherings in the future.

  • Shatta Wale’s request for artist night at James Top Nelson Hall came late – Dean of Students

Shatta Wale’s request for artist night at James Top Nelson Hall came late – Dean of Students

Dean of Students at the University of Ghana (UG), Prof. Rosina Kyerematen, has addressed the circumstances surrounding Ghanaian musician, Shatta Wale’s absence from the performance, countering claims of sabotage from the artist’s camp.

During an interview with Radio Univers, Prof. Kyerematen clarified that the leadership of TF Hostel did not formally request approval for an Artiste Night but instead proposed a Karaoke night, which required minimal security measures.

Consequently, their last-minute appeal for an artiste night couldn’t be sanctioned due to inadequate time to implement necessary security measures.

In contrast, the leadership of Liman Hall submitted a clear request for an artiste night, enabling the implementation of required security measures for a seamless event.

Prof. Kyerematen refuted assertions that the University harbored any issues with Shatta Wale, emphasizing that the decision was solely based on the absence of formal approval and inadequate security arrangements for an artiste night.

“There are claims that approval had been given for an artiste night at James Top Nelson Hall and that is not true. Normally what happens is that when an event is going to be organized by any hall a request for approval is sent to my office with an outline of the programme they intend to organize.

“What they said they were going to do was a karaoke night and so we gave approval for a karaoke night and as far as I am concerned there is a big difference between a Karaoke night and an artiste night. When you are having an artiste night it comes with a lot of implications. Security and all that and so we need to ensure that there is enough security that is why you need approval from University authorities before you can organize an artiste night. Mind you there is a ban in place for student gatherings and processions.

So you cannot just get and say you are bringing an artiste such as Shatta Wale to the University of Ghana campus without the necessary arrangements being made on the ground and also without approval. They did not have approval for an artiste night. Why will the University have problems with Shatta Wale? We have nothing to do with him so why will we have a problem with him,” she said.

Ghanaian artist Shatta Wale recently discussed the cancellation of his planned performance at the University of Ghana, Legon. He mentioned that besides wanting to deliver a memorable show, he had intended to gift a car to a deserving student during the event.

This gesture was his way of expressing gratitude to his fans at Legon for their significant support throughout his career.

He explained that his connection with the university community was special, citing how a particular hall played a crucial role in the success of one of his songs. Shatta Wale aimed to reciprocate this support by giving back to the students.

However, he expressed disappointment at the cancellation, attributing it to what he perceived as industry bias and favoritism. Shatta Wale felt that the decision to cancel his performance was influenced by factors such as the release of another artist’s concert flyer.

Despite his outspoken nature, Shatta Wale clarified that his actions were not intended to incite violence or security concerns. He highlighted that his principles and quest for fairness sometimes led to controversial perceptions.

Details reveal Shatta Wale’s UG concert was cancelled due to non approval by authorities

Ghana’s music scene witnessed drama when two rival musicians, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy, were set to perform at separate concerts.

Shatta Wale was scheduled to perform at James Top Nelson Yankah Hall (TF hostel), while Stonebwoy had a concert planned at Liman Hall, both located within the University of Ghana campus.

However, Shatta Wale’s show was cancelled, igniting outrage among his fans and the artiste himself.

Taking to social media, Shatta Wale launched a tirade against Stonebwoy, accusing him of orchestrating the cancellation to avoid performing at the same venue.

In a heated TikTok video, Shatta Wale hurled insults at Stonebwoy, even involving his family.

He alleged that Stonebwoy had used his influence to pressure university authorities into cancelling the event, citing a personal vendetta.

Despite Shatta Wale’s claims, investigations revealed that Stonebwoy had no involvement in the cancellation.

Entertainment commentator Olele Salvador clarified on Twitter that the university authorities had cancelled the event due to a lack of prior approval.

“I can confirm the cancellation of the much-anticipated Reunion Rave and Artiste Night at James Topp Nelson Yankah, which was headlined by Shatta Wale.

“When DTS Intel Africa spoke to a source at the University, it was revealed that the Hall had planned a Reunion Rave and Artiste Night as part of a two-day alumni engagement. However, the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs cancelled the event as it was not approved in the initial program outline submitted for approval,” he initially stated.

Additional information surfaced from Shatta Wale’s manager, Sammy Baah Flex, who asserted that the concert proceeded but there was a “directive from higher authorities” to exclude Shatta Wale from the event.

Flex also revealed that Stonebwoy’s team supposedly threatened to cancel their performance if Shatta Wale was part of the lineup.

Olele also shared this information on Twitter, “Interestingly, Mr. Flex also revealed that the initial headliners for the event were Keche & Mr. Drew. According to him, the Dean didn’t have an issue with the aforementioned until Shatta was announced two days ago. He heard that a call was allegedly made from Stonebwoy’s team to the Dean that if Shatta Wale was coming to perform, then they wouldn’t also show up for theirs.

“He says he has filed a formal complaint to the police as a proactive measure should there be any form of reaction from the other side; they are in good standing.”

Meanwhile, Stonebwoy went ahead with his concert at Liman Hall, drawing a substantial crowd and experiencing a successful event.

However, he has yet to respond to the accusations from Shatta Wale’s camp or address the resulting controversy.

At the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMAs), DJ Black stirred up a storm by playing a medley of Shatta Wale‘s hits during the jam session, leading to a divided reaction among fans of Shatta Movement.

Songs like “Hosanna,” “Dancehall King,” “Shatta City,” and “Ayoo” resounded through the venue, triggering a wave of responses on social media, including from Shatta Wale himself.

Some viewers found it contradictory for Charterhouse to feature Shatta Wale’s music after his withdrawal from the event, seeing it as a conflicting move.

However, others argued that Charterhouse inadvertently acknowledged Shatta Wale’s significance by including his music, hinting at his indispensable role despite past disagreements.

Adding to the discussion, Captain Smart suggested Shatta Wale should take legal action against Charterhouse for playing his songs if he was barred from participating.

He emphasized the crowd’s enthusiastic response to Shatta Wale’s tracks compared to others, implying Charterhouse’s reliance on his music for the event’s success.

Captain Smart also criticized Charterhouse, highlighting foreign influences, particularly from Nigeria, in Ghana’s entertainment industry. He pointed out the frequent awarding of Best African Artiste accolades to Nigerian artists as evidence of biased decision-making.

The 25th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards, held at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Center on June 1, 2024, showcased captivating performances from Ghanaian musicians. Stonebwoy emerged as the ‘Artiste of the Year,’ adding to the event’s memorable moments.

Self proclaimed dancehall king Shatta Wale has unveiled a backstage reconciliation effort between Fadda Dickson Narh, Managing Director of Despite Media Group, and Medikal following the explosive United Showbiz interview that sparked a public feud with MzGee.

In an exclusive TikTok chat with Afia Schwarzenegger, Shatta Wale disclosed Fadda Dickson’s apology to Medikal and urged for patience amid the heated aftermath.

The controversy stemmed from MzGee’s probing into Medikal’s personal life with Fella Makafui, overshadowing his successful O2 Indigo concert in London, drawing criticism from Shatta Wale and Afia Schwarzenegger, staunch supporters of Medikal, who launched a social media barrage against MzGee.

Shatta Wale, in particular, slammed MzGee and implicated her employers, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite and Fadda Dickson, in the ongoing dispute.

However, he later revealed Fadda Dickson’s efforts to mend bridges with Medikal, expressing regret despite MzGee’s purported lack of remorse.

“Fadda Dickson called MzGee to apologize but did not allow MzGee to render a public apology. MzGee has still not apologized. That is what they do, and the public will not know about it,” Shatta expressed, questioning the handling of the situation.

Afia Schwarzenegger chimed in, condemning the trend of private apologies by media leaders for public controversies while the involved parties remain unapologetic in public forums, labeling it a common practice among media houses.

“Meanwhile, MzGee is sitting on Instagram running her mouth. They will tell you sh*t, and when you react, their bosses will call you behind the scenes and apologize. All the media houses do this,” Afia Schwarzenegger criticized.

Without doubt, Shatta can fill 02 arena- Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo

Entertainment pundit, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo has weighed in on the potential for Dancehall star Shatta Wale to fill the O2 Arena with a concert.

He dismissed any doubts about Wale’s capability but emphasized the importance of collaborating with the right promoters in the UK.

Asamoah-Baidoo acknowledged Wale’s extensive experience and fan base, particularly in the UK and globally, but stressed that selling out the O2 Arena requires more than just popularity.

“Wale has been in the business for over 20 years, he is also popular in UK, Dubai and other places but you see it goes beyond the praises and popularity we see. He has the catalog and sword.

“What he has to do is now is to ensure he does not use one promoter. There is one promoter in UK who can make that possible and that’s is Live Nation, he can walk up to Live Nation and discuss his pedigree with them and for his managers to prove to Live Nation that this is what he can do,” he said on Onua FM on May 4.

This is what happened when Shatta Wale and Mahama met on a plane to London

Renowned spiritual leader, Rev. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh, has revealed a touching moment between Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and former President John Mahama, where Shatta Wale begged for forgiveness for previous disparaging remarks he made about the former president.

Dr. Tetteh recounted the moment when Wale, moved by guilt, approached him mid-flight on Saturday, April 27. Wale’s request was simple yet profound: to facilitate an apology to Mahama, who was also present on the flight. Dr. Tetteh obliged, leading Wale to the former President.

Upon meeting Mahama, Wale displayed a rare vulnerability, kneeling before the National Democratic Congress’s Presidential candidate, seeking forgiveness for comments made years prior.

“I was going to London on Saturday, coincidentally Prez. John Mahama was on the flight and Shatta Wale was also on the flight, the way we were sitting as if it was planned. Then Shatta Wale walks to me and said Nuumo I want you to do me a favour. I throw certain words at former President John Mahama and I feel very guilty to go to him. And I said, oh no, he is your father,” Dr. Tetteh shared.

“So I held his hands and I went to President John Mahama with him. I mean this is no secret. It was on the plane. Publicly. Shatta Wale went on his knees and started crying. I was so touched. Shatta Wale. And then I said this is the spirit that I want our people to do,” he continued.

Mahama responded with grace, forgiving the artist and lightening the mood with a jest, acknowledging Wale’s bold step in seeking reconciliation.

“We all know how wild Shatta Wale is supposed to be. But he humbled himself to say, ex-president, I am sorry I threw certain words at you the last time, can you forgive me? Then President John Mahama said I have forgiven you, then said, Shatta you are a bad boy, you brought a whole man of God to come and do this to me what do you expect me to say,” Dr. Tetteh recounted during a GTV interview on Thursday, May 2.

The aftermath of the apology saw Shatta expressing gratitude to Dr. Tetteh, revealing his four-year struggle to find the means to apologize to Mahama.

Dr. Tetteh praised Shatta’s actions, calling on the youth to emulate such respect for national leaders.

“This is the spirit that I expect us as a nation to do. In fact, Shatta Wale won my respect. This is the spirit I want us as young people to inculcate, whether it is John Mahama, or Nana Addo Dankwa or Kufuor, sorry I’ve not called them by titles, but all of them, his excellencies, respect them. Let’s put a value on our leaders, and if you make a mistake, go back and say sorry,” he added.

The artist behind “Adwoa Amissah” acknowledged that while conflicts are commonplace in showbiz, those occurring in the present era are less than ideal.

He subsequently encouraged Shatta Wale to communicate his grievances with dignity and respect.

‘I provided 4 cars, rented in a luxurious estate for her – Shatta Wale on claims of abandoning his mother

In the midst of online conflicts involving Shatta Wale, accusations of neglecting his mother often arise.

Despite repeatedly refuting these claims, the dancehall artist has taken additional steps to illustrate his support for his mother.

To counter assertions of abandonment, Shatta Wale has detailed various contributions he’s made to enhance his mother’s life. He highlights purchasing four cars for her and securing an upscale apartment in Accra, among other provisions.

These revelations emerge as some criticize Shatta Wale for allegedly neglecting his mother while focusing his attention on feuds, notably with Stonebwoy.

Ayisha Modi, in particular, criticized Shatta Wale for directing energy towards conflicts rather than caring for his mother.

“You are insulting someone’s dead mother while you can’t even feed or take care of your living mother. You just keep fooling. Bring yourself wai,” Ayisha Modi, a former member of Stonebwoy’s camp earlier stated.

However, addressing these claims, which are fast becoming a ‘label’, Shatta Wale said, “Everyone in my life has spent my money including my parents. That’s why when I hear people talk about my mother, you amaze me. People actually think I am not sensible enough, they think I abandoned my mother. They think I don’t take care of my mother.

“I gave my mother four cars and rented a house at an estate for her. You don’t know about these things yet you talk nonsense about me all the time. All the good things I did for her, she doesn’t appreciate.”

    Background

Sometime in 2022, Shatta Wale’s mother, Elsie Avemegah, took to social media to vent out her frustration after claims of being kicked out of her East Legon apartment which was rented out to her for 6 years.

In a series of radio interviews making rounds on social media, Shatta Wale’s mother who claims not to have set eyes on her son for over five years and counting, stated that her condition is worsening by the day and all efforts to reach out to him have proven futile.

“How can an old woman like me, over 60 years woman be roaming about the streets with polythene looking for a place to sleep? If night falls, I become worried because there is no place for me to sleep. Anyone feeding my son with bad counsel should stop because I am really suffering. For three weeks I have been in a mess.

“The security prevented me from entering the house. Those around him feeding his mind with lies should stop it. I haven’t done anything to Shatta to deserve this treatment. I am really hungry. Currently, I am living in a bush around Kasoa. For the past five years, I haven’t set my eyes on my son,” she earlier stated in one of the viral audios.

Shatta, who is said to have since not heeded his mother’s outcry, has experienced all forms of mockery and intense criticisms.

My parents’ divorce did not help me – Shatta Wale

Dancehall artist, Shatta Wale has shared his journey of coping with the trauma and profound challenges stemming from his parents’ divorce.

The dancehall artist revealed that he missed out on the chance to grow up under the care of both parents, a desire he had harbored since his youth and still carries with him today.

Shatta recounted the significant impact his parents’ marital troubles had on him, admitting that at one point, he felt compelled to leave home to preserve his mental well-being.

He explained how his parents’ decision profoundly affected his life, even leading to a period of homelessness for him.

“Growing up, I lived with my parents for a while but they did not help me. They made a mistake and broke up. They created a broken home; our home was broken and it affected me so much. Our broken home affected me. Anytime I talked or complained about this, they labelled me disrespectful. So, I left them. I left the house. I run from my parents.

“You know what my parents put me through? Because of them, I slept on the streets, I slept in front of stores. Those days, it was the prostitutes at Nkrumah Circle who were watching over me. I slept at filling stations at Circle including the one that got burnt. I slept on the streets of Adabraka and so on,” he stated during Facebook Live.

Shatta Wale mentioned that he has developed a coping mechanism of cutting people off due to trauma.
He explained that similar to how he ran away from his parents in the past, he continues to swiftly distance himself from anyone who causes him stress.

“As a result, I started running from stress, running from people who would stress me. That’s where I learned how to cut people off because I don’t want stress. I cut people off without thinking twice. I am the chief cutter. I have learned that in life, it is important to cut off anyone who wants to bring negativity into your life,” The SM boss stated.

Include a psychologist in your management team – Counselor to Shatta Wale

Relationship expert Counselor Adofoli has suggested that popular musician Shatta Wale should consider adding a mental health professional to his management team.

This recommendation stems from concerns regarding Shatta Wale’s public outbursts and emotional volatility in high-stress situations, such as the VGMA awards ceremony and disputes with Charterhouse Productions.

Counsellor Adofoli pointed out that Shatta Wale’s inner circle might avoid addressing sensitive issues to prevent upsetting him, emphasising the potential benefits of having a counsellor, therapist, or psychologist on his team.

“Some people…don’t know how to handle their emotions in stressful situations, and so they lash out publicly.
